Kelsey has been in the field of ABA since 2016, receiving her BCBA certification in 2018, and joining BCI in December of 2024. She eagerly jumped into the role of RBT training specialist. Her previous experiences working as Clinician throughout different ABA companies revealed the importance of staff training and job satisfaction and its correlation in being able to provide high quality ABA services. This passion for staff training is driven from her experience of utilizing her Organizational Behavior Management education throughout ABA companies. Kelsey works very closely with our new BTs and continues to support them through their professional journey here at BCI, whether they chose to get their RBT certification or to advance on to our clinical internship to recieve a BCaBA or BCBA credential. Kelsey believes that the heart of the ABA industry starts with our staff and she wants to ensure they are treated with compassion, respect, and given opportunities to excel.

The BCI Mission and what it means to me

To me BCI means high quality services while maintaining compassion and upholding integrity for our clients, families, communities, and staff. As part of the team, I contribute by providing supportive training for our staff throughout their time here at BCI. This helps ensure consistent quality treatment as well as maintaining high job satisfaction for our staff so they can continue to serve their community with BCI.
