Karl Zimmerman is a committed Behavior Analyst with over ten years of experience in the field of behavior analysis as a BCBA. He has worked with individuals with various disabilities across different settings. Although Karl has primarily focused on supporting young individuals with autism, his expertise lies in parent coaching and staff training. Holding a master’s degree from the University of North Texas, Karl has dedicated his career to empowering families and professionals with evidence-based strategies to create meaningful, lasting change.
In November 2024, Karl joined BCI as the Family Experience Specialist (FES). In this role, he blends his behavior analysis expertise with a compassionate approach, helping parents develop the tools needed to support positive growth and providing staff with training to improve RBT effectiveness in the field. Karl is passionate about education and practical application, working to bridge the gap between research and real-world implementation.
