Mel has a strong background in the ABA field, having worked as a Lead RBT and trained others in the field. Additionally, her experience as a Contracting Specialist enhances her current role as a Patient Intake Assistant, where she seamlessly integrates both skill sets. Her expertise is grounded in a keen attention to detail, coupled with a deep compassion for individuals on the spectrum, a community she holds close to her heart.
